Physically yes she can be really sexy when she starts acting it out (watch the slim&j commercial for an example) - it really amazes me how she can be sexy and cute at the same time. Her hair definitely emphasizes her charm too. But I think, in general, it is the image she shows that makes her appealing all the more.

anyways..i think its her ability to communicate her character whihc is superbly sweet and sassyness.. by her simple gestures, her smile, melts a person instantly.. the simple movement of her waist, sends many to joy and her simple perkiness of comedic moves, simply makes everyone turn their head.. not because its all sexual..yet because it makes her damn unique and special..
